Join Me on My Mission with Logos Hope 2025

Hi everyone! My name is Gabriela Navarro, I’m 27 years old and I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I grew up in a Christian family that taught me to love God, serve others, and live in community with fellow believers. From a very young age, I’ve had a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, and that desire has guided every step of my journey.

I’ve always loved languages, cultures, and discovering how God works in different parts of the world. When I was 13, I told my family that I wanted to be a missionary, even though I didn’t fully understand what that meant. A year later, I was baptized and began serving in my own city. Through my local church, I visited hospitals, underprivileged neighborhoods, and orphanages—where I encountered pain, deep need, and the incredible power of hope. I learned that the missionary call doesn’t begin by crossing a border, but by crossing the street.

My Missionary Calling

In 2019, God gave me a life-changing opportunity: I served as a volunteer for two months on the Logos Hope ship when it visited Argentina. I worked alongside over 400 volunteers from 65 different countries. It was my first experience with international missions, and I was deeply moved by how the Holy Spirit was at work across the globe. I also realized how valuable it would be to improve my English, as my native language is Spanish.

After much prayer, I joined a cultural exchange program in the United States, where I’ve lived for the past four years. I’m now fluent in English, which has opened many ministry opportunities. And now, God has placed a strong desire on my heart to return to Logos Hope as a full-time crew member—to step into a new season of service and faith.

What is Logos Hope?

Logos Hope is a ship that travels around the world bringing hope, knowledge, and help. The crew is made up of volunteers from over 60 countries, who not only welcome thousands of visitors on board at each port, but also go into surrounding communities to provide aid, resources, books, and the message of the Gospel.

How Can You Help?

In August 2025, I will join the Logos Hope in Jamaica for a 12-month commitment. Since the work is entirely voluntary, I need to cover all of my own expenses. That’s why I’m looking for partners to join me in this journey of faith—through prayer and financial support.

My Monthly Needs:

$400 USD/month – for meals, housing, and basic expenses on board
