Hi everyone,
I always knew that I wanted to find a way to help make a difference in the lives of children and their families. Last year I finally gained the courage to start my dream business. My company's mission was aimed at raising awareness around mental health. As someone who has personally experienced the impact of mental health, I knew how helpful my business could be. I found a manufacturing company that I thought shared similar values and was also in the business of making a difference in the lives of children and families. We went into contract in August 2021, and I was expecting to have the product delivered to me by January 2022. To my surprise, I never received the agreed-upon product. I attempted to resolve the situation and provided the manufacturing company with a demand letter since they breached the contract in hopes of getting my money back. The company has denied my claims and is refusing to return my money. My next step is to pursue a small claim, but from what I have read, it will likely be a very long process before I can get my money returned to me.
I do not want this experience to stop me from pursuing my dreams, and I hope that you can help me make this dream a reality. I truly believe that my company will be able to make a positive impact in the lives of many children and their families.
