Join Me in Creating My First Album

I'm SO excited to share with you that I’ve been working on my very first full length album! Up until now, this project has been self-funded as an independent freelance musician. The project has grown as I have over the last 2 years and I need your help to bring this project to the finish line to present to the world!

This album is an anthology of stories from my life from my childhood to today. As some of you know, I was in an unhealthy marriage that led to divorce a couple of years ago. This experience resulted in horrible anxiety and depression and during that time I went to therapy to seek healing from that experience as well as past trauma. My therapy work inspired me to believe that my music is worth putting out into the world and thus I began this project as part of my healing journey.

The album is called Overlook and it is a musical representation of the story of my life with all of its ups and downs and is also a culmination of the all the styles of music that I have played in my life. It is a reflection of how I uniquely hear music in my own way. It features some of Houston’s world-class musicians who I have had the honor and privilege of playing with. If all goes according to plan I hope to release the project by this SUMMER 2025.

This project is a culmination of years of hard work, creativity, and dedication of many people. I’d love for *YOU* to be one of those people!

The project has already begun, however more work is needed to bring it to completion. The remaining cost for this album is between $10,000-$15,000. All donated funds will be solely used to cover the costs of:

-studio time

-production

-mixing

-mastering

-vinyl pressing

-distribution

-album art production

-promotional materials

-getting the album in front of the right people

-funding a tour for the album to be performed live

- & if we are able to get closer to $15k, I’ll have more headroom for unexpected costs that may arise and would also have the ability to make a music video with an incredible team, which would be AMAZING!!

This album is a piece of my past, my pain, my healing journey, and the happiness that lies in my soul today. Releasing this album to the world feels like the beginning of a new chapter in my life and a stronger me and I cannot wait to share this with you all.

Thank you to everyone who has ever believed in me, those I have had the pleasure playing music with, those who have been with me on this roller coaster journey of freedom and self discovery, and those of you who I’ve met in these brighter times that make me feel like I can do anything I put my mind to.
