Help Me Serve in Mexico with YWAM
Hi friends and family!
I’ve been accepted into Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Mazatlan, Mexico—an opportunity where I’ll spend five months learning, growing, and serving people through missions. The program starts in late September, and it includes three months of discipleship training followed by two months of outreach in communities that need hope and help.
But I want to be honest about why I’m doing this.
The last few years have been really hard. I’ve faced serious mental health struggles—anxiety, depression, and just an overall heaviness that made me feel like I was constantly drowning. There were times when I truly couldn’t see a way out, and I didn’t believe my life had much purpose. But even in the middle of that pain, I started to see that God was still present. Slowly, He began rebuilding what felt broken beyond repair.
This isn’t just a mission trip to me—it’s a response to that healing!
I believe the things I’ve walked through weren’t wasted. I know what it’s like to feel hopeless and alone, and now I want to be someone who steps into that space for others. To sit with them. To listen. To love without needing to fix. To remind them that healing is possible. That they’re not alone. I want to share what I’ve received—and that’s the heart behind why I’m going.
To make this happen, I need to raise up to $8,000 to cover my program fees, housing, meals, and outreach expenses. If you feel led to give, I’d be truly grateful. And if you’re not in a place to donate, prayers or simply sharing this would mean just as much to me!
Thanks for reading and thanks for walking with me!!
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!
