Join Mason's Fight Against Childhood Leukemia

We are the Marc-Aurele family and on March 22nd 2024 we found out the devastating news that our 4 year old Mason had been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

The diagnosis was a complete shock and unexpected. Mason is 4 years old and currently being treated at Dana Farber Cancer Center in Boston, MA. Mason is a kid who lights up the room when he walks in. He has a heart of gold and to no surprise has made friends with just about everyone from the oncology floor to the staff at the Jimmy Fund Clinic. From the beginning Mason has had a "we're going to crush cancer" attitude, and has shown nothing less.

Mason journey to crush cancer will not be easy. There will be multiple types of chemotherapy, procedures, and many unknowns to how his little body will react to get to the finish line. The road to recovery will take 2 years to complete and he is taking each day minute by minute.

Contributions to this fund will go towards alleviating some of the cost associated with wide range of medical bills, time out of work, and the travel from not just back and fourth to the hospital...but travel for family to come help with childcare. The Marc-Aurele family is all alone in NH and have been asking family from out of state to help travel here for childcare. The financial burden surrounding this horrible illness is vast and many cost are unforeseen until you're living it. Any amount you are able to give, whether its financial or through prayer, and positive wishes, is incredibly appreciated by Mason and our family.

Mason has brought so much light into not just our lives but the community around him. He is obsessed with playing outside and being the best big brother he can be to baby Cam and our newest baby brother on the way in November 2024. There is not much that can hold Mason back and he has proven that thought this journey so far. Mason will not let cancer beat him he will beat cancer and we hope that on this journey we will get to ring that bell and tell the world. MASON WON!
