Join Marty in Remembering Manny's Joy

Hello friends and family,

It is with a heavy heart that the Valencia family come together in our grief and our love for our nephew, Manuel (Manny) Valencia. After a short illness and hospitalization, Manny went to heaven early this morning with his loving father by his side. Our hearts are broken knowing we won’t have him with us on earth to visit with him, fish with him and how he shared his joy with everyone he spent time with. Especially, how he spread kindness. He was the most respectful young man I knew!! He loved his family with all his heart. Manny and his dad (Marty) were two peas in a pod (in an opposite kind of way ). They lived together all his life— and that’s how Manuel wanted it. He loved his dad and his brother Anthony!

Now, Manny is in heaven spreading his joy with his mama Lorraine, his two grandmas and grandpas!! This is the worst of times for our brother Marty— our heart is broken for him. He has a very strong faith in our Lord… and that will help sustain him. Please continue to pray and give as your heart leads you. God bless you all— plans for a celebration of life will be posted in coming days.
