We're raising money for Mark Roberts, our beloved Tulsa Spotlight Theater director, for him to rebuild his home and business after a devastating electrical fire. In Mark's own words:
"My immediate need is funding for getting back in business, at least on a limited basis. I have two sheds that I need to get power to. They are small, but I think I can get enough small equipment to at least get started. I need a contractor (around $3500) to get power to the sheds. I need about $300 to put up a temporary fence, so I can get my dogs out of boarding and back home. I will be living in one of the buildings until the house is rebuilt to keep an eye on the dogs and the property. ... Another big thing is that I have lost EVERYTHING. I was cleaning today and couldn't even find a hammer. I have priced out hammers, screwdrivers, nails, screws, pliers, etc....all the little stuff and that comes out to about $5000...and that is with the cheap stuff at Harbor Freight! This stuff is not covered by insurance."
Losing your home AND source of income at the same time is devastating. Let's help Mark get back on our feet. He deserves our help. Let's make this right.
