Join Mark's Battle Against Rare Cancer

Some of you may know, others may not, but Mark McKillips has been in and out of the hospital since December with cardiac tamponade and was unable to return to work due to blood clots in his lungs. He was admitted to UW for a week and released, only to be readmitted, having surgery on his heart, which led him to be there for 2 weeks. He then went in twice for what he was told was sciatica nerve pain. After further testing, he was diagnosed with angiosarcoma spindle cell sarcoma. This type of sarcoma is a very rare and aggressive cancer with not the best outcome. We would really like him to be admitted to MD Anderson for the best chance to extend his life. This cancer is currently in his pelvis, liver, spine, and a few lymph nodes.
Mark was self-employed, owning a Matco tool truck. Unfortunately, due to his recent diagnosis, he had to close his business.
It will be pretty expensive to send him to Texas for treatment, along with all his medical expenses and the cost of housing in Texas.
As you can imagine, this is such a difficult time for our family. These funds would significantly help Mark's financial burden from this complicated treatment stemming from this tragic diagnosis.
Please continue to pray for Mark as he begins this very long road to recovery!
