Hello everyone. We want to take a moment to update you on Marcelo’s health and, above all, sincerely thank you for all the support you have given us. Thanks to your generosity, we have been able to make meaningful progress in this process.

Our progress so far

Marcelo is currently receiving his fifth chemotherapy session. So far, and thanks to those who have supported us, we have been able to cover:

The chemotherapy sessions along with the medications required for them.

The placement of the surgical devices (catheters) needed to administer his treatment.

Challenges we have overcome

The journey has not been without obstacles, as some medical conditions and complications required immediate attention:

Treatment for an infection related to the catheter surgical devices.

Treatment for inflammation in the nerves of the lower spine, which required X-ray studies, an MRI, and a specific treatment to relieve the condition.

The road ahead

We continue firmly with the chemotherapy process. We know there is still a long way to go before Marcelo reaches full recovery, but we remain hopeful.
