My name is Malcolm Jones. I am 34 years old and from Cincinnati, Ohio. Last year was my second year being blessed with the opportunity to serve with Raise and Release Ministries by going on my second mission to Ecuador. My experiences continue to be life changing, being able to serve and spread the gospel was truly eye opening and unforgettable. I left Ecuador this time even more connected to the people we serve in our time there.

This year will be different for me though. Not only will I be a team member, but I am honored to be the team leader for this mission! Our team, affiliated with Renovation Church and Raise and Release Ministries will be heading into Shell and Mindo Ecuador from October 22 – October 31, 2025.

The primary purpose of our trip is sharing the gospel. We will be partnering with Pastor Jonathan and wife Cheryl of Mindo Ecuador and Pastor Melvin and wife Belen in Shell Ecuador.

In 2024, we supported communities with not only the gospel, but through shoe ministry for children, water filters, medical brigades and food baskets. We also had a team that flew into the Ecuadorian Amazon to evangelize tribes of people that until recently have been closed off to the outside world. God has truly been moving. As we prepare and our time draws near it will be made clearer what the need of the community is and how we can best serve those around us.

Would you consider partnering with me to get there? There are two ways you can help. First, as I take this large step of faith in trusting and serving the Lord, would you pray for me as I prepare for the trip? Pray that God will grant me wisdom, protection, and opportunities to share His Word and His love with the people He would have us encounter along the way.

Secondly, to cover the expenses of my trip I will need to raise $1,200. Any funds that become overflow will go directly to the ministry to cover expenses associated with this trip.
