"I know and have met most of the educators that were affected and suffered big losses. Our team is here to provide support to the people of Stebbins. . ."

The Story Behind Our Go Fund Me Fundraising:

MRS L L C has both a personal and business relationships with most of the people that were affected by the Stebbins fire. After hearing their personal stories the last few days, we have identified nine (9) educators that have lost their homes and entire belongings, plus 13 others that have also lost their personal belongings as a result of the fire. The funds we are raising will help these 22 Stebbins residents.

Our goal is to raise $45,000.00 to be distributed as follows: 60% of total raised to be equally distributed among the nine (9) and the 40% of total collected to be equally shared by the 13 others. The only deduction to be made from the total collection will be the Go Fund Me charge fees of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. One of the 22 has been named the beneficiary of the donated funds - Luchie Manlangit is a second-grade teacher at the Tukurngailnguq School in Stebbins, Alaska.
