Hi family and friends,
If you are here, then you've heard about our Lola. If not, then let me tell you about her and her story.

But she loves to go by Lola...
She is BRAVE.
She is STRONG.
She CAN do hard things.
Our Lola has been diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). This came as a complete shock to everyone. A trip to the doctor's that had a dark turn no one was prepared for. Every day is a struggle for our girl, but every day, I also get to watch her push herself to be just a little better than the day before. SHE IS MY HERO! It's so hard to see your child struggle and not be able to take their pain away. We've received so many prayers and well wishes. All we ask is that you continue to keep her in your prayers.
As we start this new life roller-coaster, I just want to say, man, how great is our God. I know through Him we can do all things and that He would never give us anything we could not handle. He has showered us with comfort and patience in the form of family, friends, and even her medical team. We are so thankful for all the support we have been receiving from our families, our military family, and friends. This new journey for our girl started off on a terrible foot. I am thankful for my loving husband and beautiful children for rallying together to support Lola.
As appointments, procedures, and medications pile up, every little bit helps. ECU, her treatment center, is almost 2 hours away. Although that is a hard drive for little miss Lo, especially on procedure days, she is getting the best of care and has a wonderful team. Her treatment has been estimated to be 2-3 years long. All depending on how well her body takes to medication.
