Lisa is a single mom of a beautiful, sweet boy. For over a decade, she has fought a long, lonely battle to keep him safe from harm. As his sole custodian, it has fallen on her all these years to make sure he is clothed, fed, housed, and cared for. At the end of such a long, painful battle, she was left with very little support or friendship in this world. Now, only shortly after finally gaining an order that protected her child, she is now facing another formidable foe: cancer.
