Join Lindsey's Journey to Recovery

My name is Lindsey and I am severely malnourished. I have been battling back and forth with hospitals and doctors to help save my life. Not one of them helped me. They were watching me die and did NOTHING. Finally I found a doctor on my own that placed a j tube for me to get food through. So far I have gained back 5 pounds. I got sick with COVID in January and was unable to eat or drink anything. I lost over 100 pounds and almost died 5 different times. I lost my ability to walk, talk and breathe on my own. With therapy I have regained some strength to learn to walk again. I've been fighting with my insurance to pay things and they want me to jump through hoops and wait months. I have paid for everything out of my own pocket for all my medical supplies I needed. I've never had such a hard time getting things approved through insurance. I just need some help getting through these expenses.
