Lily was diagnosed as autistic back in December, and since then, our world has gone through some major changes. One of which, is her therapies and medical bills. We are trying to give her all of the help we can, but the world we live in is expensive.

Some of her medications, doctors and therapies aren't covered by insurance. After being recommended the therapy and doing my own research, we would like to get Lily into HBOT, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Unfortunately, HBOT is one of the therapies not covered by insurance and is quite expensive. Based off the number of hours her doctor would like her to do, we are estimating that it will cost us $5000 per month. We would take it month by month to determine the need to continue on with that therapy.

Lily is currently nonverbal. She is in ABA therapy, speech, and occupational therapy at this time. All of which are helping her as she is now starting to use sign language to communicate. She has made a ton of progress so far but if we can help her in any way, we want to do so.

HBOT studies have shown that they can help with speech and gut issues (which Lily also has that we are currently also trying to properly diagnose at this time) among other results. This is something we believe in and want to try.

Any money raised over the $5000 would go towards further HBOT sessions or other medical expenses.
