Join Lexie's Fight for a Cancer-Free Future

God put Lexie and her family in our lives 15 years ago when they moved in next door. We quickly became friends and now they are family to us. Lexie was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 9 in March of 2022. She fought like a champ and recovered, ringing the bell in June 2024 at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago. Unfortunately, on January 22 this year, she and her family found out the leukemia has returned. This time the cancer is worse and the treatment will be shorter but more intense, requiring a bone marrow transplant and intensive chemotherapy. This will require a long hospital stay and frequent weekly visits to the hospital in between.
