A diagnosis of cancer becomes a mental and emotional struggle very much equal to the physical for individuals and their family members alike. The other struggle is keeping up with the financial part. The copays and numerous procedures and therapies costs add up quickly and families around the world struggle under the weight of the bills piling up, even with insurance. Single people find it even more debilitating and that is where our friend, Lewis Saunders, is in his continuing fight against what he calls the “evil invader”. He was initially diagnosed with prostate cancer which over the years has now metastasized to his spine and ribs.
