Join Levi's Fight for Recovery

My brother, Levi Sullivan, was airlifted to the University of Iowa Hospital following a devastating car accident. He sustained multiple serious injuries, including six broken ribs, a punctured lung, a broken scapula, and a liver laceration, among others. While we are incredibly grateful he is alive and receiving excellent care, he faces a long and difficult road to recovery. He will require extensive therapy and rehabilitation, and he will be out of work for the foreseeable future. We anticipate significant medical expenses and ongoing care needs.
