Join Leslie in Saving Storm's Life

I'm raising funds to help cover the veterinary expenses to save a lovely Clydesdale colt, named Storm, born on May 14th, 2025, at the Farm at Seidel Creek. When he was born, he was unable to stand and nurse on his own; he had a fever and a high respiratory rate. After multiple attempts to get him up, the veterinarian and my friend Leslie performed the Madigan squeeze on him to reboot his system and get him on the right path.

That worked briefly and was performed several more times over a few days. Storm had problems latching and nursing properly.

It was discovered that his umbilical cord is not closing off as he urinates through it.

They tried heavy doses of antibiotics, and he still hasn't healed. As of now, the medical expenses are at $4,200.00.

He is a wonderful horse with a lust for life, but to live, he needs surgery at the UPenn New Bolton Center. The estimate for the surgery is $6,000.00.

I'm asking for help with the veterinary expenses because my friend Leslie needs the money desperately to save his life.

Leslie has a big heart and rescued 9 donkeys and some of her horses to provide them with a great environment.

She cares deeply for her animals and works very hard to make this all happen, but money is short.

So far, she managed to handle all bills by herself, but with saving Storm, she needs all the help she can get.
All money will go to UPenn New Bolton Medical Center and
Stillmeadow Equine Veterinary Services LLC.

Thank you very much for your help.

Storm
