I’ve always dreamed of stepping beyond the life I’ve known and discovering who I can become outside my comfort zone. Being accepted into the CIEE South Korea Language and Culture program is more than a trip to me. It’s a chance to grow, learn, and take one step closer to my dream of teaching English abroad one day. My love for Korean culture began when I would help my older sister study Korean phrases for class. What started as small moments at home grew into a real passion and a dream for my future. As someone from a small town, this opportunity means everything to me. It would allow me to experience a new culture, build meaningful connections, and return home with knowledge and perspective that will stay with me forever. Any donation or share would mean so much.
