A Race to End Gendercide

Keri and I are reaching out with an important initiative that combines our passion for adventure with a crucial cause. As we prepare for the upcoming Rickshaw Run, we are seeking your donations to support The Invisible Girl Project.

The Rickshaw Run is an extreme race across India, starting on September 1st of this year. Participants will navigate over 1,000 kilometers in two weeks using an underpowered three-wheeled scooter, locally known as a 'rickshaw.' The journey spans from the heights of the Himalayas to the deserts of India, transforming this humble vehicle into a symbol of resilience and determination. Confronting harsh terrains and dizzying altitudes, the Rickshaw Run is a true test of bravery and endurance.

It is precisely this spirit of overcoming insurmountable odds that aligns so perfectly with the mission of The Invisible Girl Project, which fights to end gendercide in India.

Female gendercide represents one of the gravest injustices of our time. Millions of girls are discriminated against, neglected, and even murdered simply because they are female. The Invisible Girl Project is dedicated to ending this atrocity, rescuing at-risk girls, advocating for their recovery, and empowering them through education.

Since 2011, The IGP has been a beacon of hope for countless vulnerable girls, working tirelessly to increase their perceived value in Indian society. By collaborating with local organizations, assisting the government in seeking justice, and fostering a nationwide movement, The IGP is making significant strides toward ending gendercide in our lifetime. Their comprehensive awareness initiatives and child sponsorship programs are crucial in ensuring rescued girls receive the education, meals, and trauma counseling they desperately need to thrive.

Your donations will directly support this noble cause. Any funds raised will go entirely to The Invisible Girl Project and Keri and I will ensure every penny is used for its intended purpose. We are aiming for the stars here, so the goal is a big one. We want to make a REAL and genuine impact and it is our belief that with the help of generous contributors like you, we can improve the lives of others and achieve this incredible vision.

If you're interested in knowing exactly how your donations will be used by The Invisible Girl Project, please consider the following details:

$10 gives a girl all she needs to go to school for a month: uniforms, backpacks, & school supplies.

$67 pays for trauma counseling for survivors of gendercide for one year.

$300 funds an entire rescue and saves a girl from gender-based violence, discrimination, trafficking, or death.

"Charity Navigator", an independent organization that evaluates and rates charities and aims to provide donors with information to make informed giving decisions, rates the The Invisible Girl Project [501(c)(3)] at 89%.

Now please allow me to fully introduce the two individuals who will bring this mission to life: Keri Tipler, a talented yacht chef and myself, Cassie Kamper, a diligent deckhand and stewardess. We have worked together on the same vessel for the past three years, forming an inseparable team of yachties who thrive on adventure and physical challenges. We are not only passionate about exploring the world but also deeply committed to making a positive impact wherever we go. For us, the opportunity to combine a daring and unique adventure with a cause so noble and personally relatable is a dream come true.
