Join Keliyah's Fight Against Brain Cancer

Donation protected
My name is Georgiana and I’m raising funds on behalf of my 19-month-old granddaughter, Keliyah, and her devoted parents, Tasi and Jeremiah.

Just last week, Keliyah was her sweet, playful self—laughing, giving high fives, cuddling with her dad, and riding in her little car next to her big sisters on their bikes. But everything changed in an instant.

She had been vomiting once every couple of weeks for about two months. Each time, her parents brought her to the ER, but doctors assumed it was viral, especially since her sisters were also sick at times. Then one morning, her father found her unresponsive. She began having repeated seizures, and the nightmare began.

A CT scan revealed a massive tumor on the left side of her brain. She was transferred to Rady Children’s Hospital and rushed into emergency brain surgery. Thanks to the incredible team, 99% of the tumor was removed. But we quickly learned this was only the beginning.

Keliyah was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive pediatric brain cancer called Embryonal Tumor with Multilayered Rosettes (ETMR). Fewer than 300 cases have ever been reported in the world. The tumor infiltrated her brain and is likely to grow back. The survival rate is tragically low, but doctors believe that because of the successful surgery, an improved treatment protocol, and Keliyah’s strength, her chances are higher than typical. We believe in miracles and know that God can do what medicine cannot, which is why we’re asking for all the prayers we can get.

Keliyah is currently healing from a second surgery due to cerebrospinal fluid leakage and may need a third to place a shunt. Once her body is stable, she’ll begin aggressive treatment—chemotherapy, proton radiation, more chemotherapy and stem cell therapy, and well see from there.

Both her parents have left work and school to be with her around the clock. This journey will be long, and they need help—emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

This fundraiser is for them—I, her grandmother, am organizing it on their behalf and will be transferring all donations directly to her parents, who are using it solely for:
• Medical bills and treatments
• Housing, food, and daily expenses
• Travel for out-of-county care
• Keeping the family together while they focus on helping Keliyah survive, and helping maintain care for their other two children.

Please—if you can donate, share, or pray—we need all three.
This little girl has a long road ahead, but she’s already shown us how strong she is.

Thank you for standing with our family!
