Hello my name is Kaylin I'm a 21 year old girl who got diagnosed with blood cancer in December 2023. I have Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and am currently on a 3rd cycle of a 24/7 treatment called Blincyto. I was in the hospital for a month in December going through chemotherapy in hopes of putting me into remission but unfortunately it didn't work. Chemo wasn't effective in killing the cancer cells and that's when I went on Blincyto.

Now thankfully I am in remission but I will have to get a bone marrow transplant in the beginning of June to hopefully cure me. However, for the transplant since I have to undergo both chemotherapy and total body irradiation I will become infertile. The radiation would do permanent damage to the ovaries causing infertility and early menopause. Although my insurance covers my cancer treatment it doesn't cover the egg freezing.

It was heartbreaking to hear that I would be infertile at such a young age because of cancer, something I couldn't control, and the fact that the whole process of freezing eggs is just really expensive is discouraging but knowing that I could have kids someday makes it all worth it! So I'm hoping I could get your help in being able to reach my goal, any amount is immensely appreciated.
