Join Kayla's Fight Against Debilitating Pain

Hi, my name is Kayla, and I’m sharing my story with the hope of finding some relief and support.

I have been battling endometriosis, a painful and debilitating condition, for years. What started as “bad periods” turned into constant pain that affects my lower back, hips, legs, and even leaves me unable to function on many days. Recently, my pain has become so severe that I struggle to keep up with daily life and work, which has put a financial and emotional strain on me and my family, especially being on unpaid medical leave.

Despite trying countless medications, therapies, and treatments, nothing has brought lasting relief. I’ve been forced to take strong pain medications like toradol or strong ibuprofen just to get through the day, and even then, it’s not enough. My gastroenterologist recently found erosions in my esophagus from the amount of ibuprofen I’ve had to take showing just how much of a toll this has taken on my body.

The next step in my medical journey is a specialized laparoscopic procedure with an endometriosis specialist. This is not just another surgery, it’s my best chance at finding lasting relief, regaining my quality of life, and being present for my children and loved ones. Unfortunately, this procedure is not fully covered by insurance, and the out-of-pocket costs are more than I can manage on my own.

That’s why I’m reaching out here. I am humbly asking for support to help cover the cost of this surgery, related travel, and recovery expenses. Even the smallest donation makes a huge difference and brings me one step closer to finally living without this constant pain.
