Help Save Rogue, Her Second Emergency Surgery in 5 months

My name is Katelyn, and this is Rogue, my 6-year-old sweet Doberman girl. She is currently undergoing surgery at Thomas & England Veterinary Services in Smiths Grove, KY for a severe internal blockage. This is her second surgery in 5 months; the first was due to bloat. Unfortunately, we have maxed out our CareCredit and other payment methods for emergencies due to the first surgery. Rogue is just a sweet, happy dog and loves everyone she meets. I couldn’t ask for a better companion, and I can’t stand to lose her after all we’ve been through so far. She will undergo surgery this evening (4/30/2025) and I will update as I know more. When I say anything helps, I truly mean that.

Update 5/1/2025: Rogue is coming home today but we still need help covering her bill for surgery. The original goal was $3,500, but I have adjusted the goal to $1,505 which is what her bill total came out to be after surgery. She will be on a restricted diet for a little while, but has a good prognosis and we are so grateful to our veterinary team and everyone who has helped us along the way!
