Aloha, I am Kaipo Fuentes, age 46 living in Elgin SC. On 12 February 2025 I was diagnosed with stage 3 Colon Cancer. Since that day I have been seen by medical professionals, specialist, technicians and staff to include urologist, general surgeons, and oncologist. It all seemed routine and non threatening, like this couldn't happen to me. On the 25th of February I met with an Oncologist from the South Carolina Oncology Associates. My visit that morning including discussing my diagnoses, treatment process and scheduling chemo and radiation therapy. This is when it became real for me. I am sick, I have cancer. I broke down and accepted the facts.

That was quite a lot to take in and own up to for me, at least I am headed down the right road.
