Join Juniper's Fight Against Lymphoma

Hi! This is Juniper. She has been living with me and my family since May. She was found wandering a neighborhood in Norwalk with an injury to her eye and nose. My sister, Aaliyah, was in the area and Juni immediately approached her, almost as if asking for help. With a good heart, my sister immediately took action and took her to get the help she needed. At first, we were told that Juniper must have gotten hit by a car or was bit by an animal and her injury was due to an infection. After months and thousands of dollars of even more testing, Juniper has been diagnosed with cancer. She has large cell lymphoma which can be fatal if left untreated. This tumor seems to contained to her nose and right eye as of now which makes her a perfect candidate for radiation therapy. There will need to be additional testing to see if the cancer has spread anywhere else in her body in which case chemotherapy would be needed, but as of right now we have been quoted an estimate of $12,000 by a radiologist to get her treated. With treatment, 50 to 70% of cats with LCL can achieve complete remission and live an additional 3 to 6 years.
Juniper has been resilient in the months she has been with us. She has gained weight, eats regularly, and has been active enough to jump on the bed and walk around the house. It's obvious Juniper has the will to live and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't do everything I can to help her live as long as she can while she still has the strength to do so. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to help her get the medical treatment she needs. We would also really appreciate it if her story and this link is shared to friends and family so we can help her continue to keep going.
