Hi all! My name is Kelsey, and I am a friend of Joyce’s. Anyone who knows Joyce knows that she’s the kind of friend you want at 2 a.m. when nothing is going right. She’s the most dependable and clever friend you could ask for when you’re really stuck in a jam.

Now it’s our turn to show up for Joyce. Two months ago, Joyce had a stroke, which led to a series of doctor’s appointments and specialists. While attending all of the doctor’s appointments, Joyce discovered she has stage three triple-negative breast cancer. If you’re unsure of what that means, like we were, it’s the most aggressive and recurring form of breast cancer. Right now it’s time to fight, but the only way for Joyce to put up the best fight possible is to make sure she worries about nothing, especially her basic needs!

I know if anyone has an army behind her, it’s Joyce, and I know we can all come together to make sure she is well taken care of and able to focus on fighting the good fight rather than how her rent will be paid.

All funds collected will go directly to Joyce’s day to day expenses, monthly bills, and to assist in purchasing chemo caps and other comfort items
