Join Jose's Battle with Pancreatic Cancer

Hello, my name is Jose I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I was hoping that you would find it in your hearts to help me with my medical bills. All my savings have been drained since I am self employed. Therefore I need the financial help. Please help me get through this. I’ll fight for as long as I can.
