If you've worked in the multifamily industry in Southern California over the past decade, chances are you’ve had the pleasure of meeting John. And if you have, you know exactly what kind of incredible human he is. If you’ve known John through other avenues, then you also know how awesome of a person he is.

John is facing one of the toughest battles of his life—he was recently diagnosed with adenocarcinoma. This news came as a shock to all of us, especially because John is the picture of strength, resilience, and positivity. But if there’s one thing I know about him, it’s that he’s a fighter. He’s tackling this challenge with the same determination and heart that he brings to everything in life.

Anyone who knows John knows that his energy is infectious. He lights up every room he walks into, makes work feel less like work, and genuinely cares about the people around him. I’ve had the privilege of calling John a friend, and over the years, he’s become more like a brother to me. He’s the guy who listens—not just to respond, but to truly understand. His dedication to his colleagues, clients, and community is unmatched.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for him. While insurance will cover some of his medical expenses, there are many costs that won’t be covered. That’s why I’m asking for your support.
