My name is Jenny Savage and I'm raising funds for my husband's medical needs. My husband Steve has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now after losing the ability to walk, control of bodily functions, and all areas of self-care. After being admitted, he was diagnosed with transverse myelitis, which is a serious condition involving the spinal cord constricting the nerves throughout his whole body. It was also discovered that he has severe spinal stenosis in his neck and lower back, which are going to require surgery once they can get the transverse myelitis under control.

I've been unable to work due to being his full-time caregiver. Staying at the hospital is very expensive, plus there are medical equipment and medical supplies that he needs that insurance doesn't cover. We also have the co-pays for being in the hospital. All donations given will go towards co-pays, medical equipment, medical supplies, as well as travel expenses and food for myself as I'm his caregiver. Our family is now facing a huge need for him and that is trying to raise funds for a handicapped accessible vehicle so that we can get him to all his appointments .
