Dear Friends and Family,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my beloved husband Jeff Fontanilla. He peacefully left us on May 25, 2024. We will forever miss his love, kindness, and laughter and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

We will be holding a memorial service to honor his life. Please join us as we celebrate the beautiful memories we share with him.

Dear Friends and family,

It is with heavy heart that we reach out to you today, seeking your assistance and support for Jeff Fontanilla who has been hospitalized since Apil 18th then admitted to ICU on April 27th as he had a cardiac arrest and three strokes. Today is Jeff’s 48th birthday and he has been hospitalized for 29 days. Jeff has been battling end stage renal (kidney) failure for the last 1.5 years. Once admitted to Overlake he has had a cardiac arrest, three strokes, pneumonia, fluid in his brain, fluid in his chest, lungs and in his hip. He has a severe blood infection (sepsis), going blind in both eyes, can’t move his arms or legs and is confirmed to bed, as well as a pseudo aneurism in his dialysis arm.

Jeff and his family (Loreen and Kimberly) need your support more than ever. The medical expenses are overwhelming, and the road to recovery will be long and challenging. The financial burden weighs heavily on his family. With the mounting medical bills and unforeseen expenses, they are facing an immense challenge not only financially but mentally.

Loreen and Kimberly are humbly reaching out to our community for your support. Your contributions, no matter the size, will provide invaluable assistance in covering Jeff’s medical costs and ensuring he receives the care he urgently needs.

Loreen misses her fishing buddy, and we need him to get better to help raise Kimberly.
