What started out as a trip to the ER for high fevers, and anemia has turned into a horrible nightmare. Jason Wayman has been diagnosed with Leukemia (Pre-B ALL). As you can imagine the family is devastated, and we all know that no child should have to battle cancer. We will fight and he will beat this! The family and doctors have a treatment plan in place, and are hoping to get him back to living as normal of a life as possible during this process. The wonderful team at Children’s Mercy have a treatment plan in place and are confident in Jason’s long term recovery.
