Join in Honoring Alex Hester's Legacy

Family and Friends of Alex:

Alex Hester passed away unexpectedly in May. This came and comes as a shock to us all. Unfortunately, the family still has many unanswered questions. But what we all know is not a question is how much Alex was and is loved.

There are, understandably, many expenses accruing. With the permission of the family, we (friends from and since ETBU, Jesse Davis, Peyton Porterfield, and Justin Niksich) have offered to begin this GoFundMe to help the family. We desire to take the financial burden off of them so they may be free to grieve. Will you help? Though we are setting this up, only they will have access to the gifts.

Alex was and is loved by so, so many, and by both family and friends who span the globe. He was hilarious, genuine, and had a fantastic way with words. He was a gifted writer, an excellent cook, and an even better son, uncle, brother, and friend.

Alex gave of himself to everyone he came into contact with. We now have an opportunity to give back to - and ease the burden of - the family who shared him with rest of us. As you give, please also leave a favorite memory or a note about Alex's impact in your own life.
