Join Hannah's Fight Against Cushing's

Hello, as most of you know me, my name is Hannah Parks. For years, I've been sick with no help from multiple doctors. Recently, I've been diagnosed with Cushing's syndrome. What causes Cushing's disease/syndrome is a tumor growing on your brain or your adrenal gland, causing too much of a hormone called cortisol to be released in your body, which has been causing all of my problems—sudden major weight gain, red rashes, throwing up, migraines that don't subside, high blood pressure (169/91), hair loss, vision changes/loss, memory problems, and so much more. Unfortunately, if I don't have the tumor removed from my adrenal gland, it can/will eventually be fatal.

We have seen multiple endocrinologists here, and they don't want to do the surgery. So, for me to have surgery to have my tumor removed, I have to travel to Tampa, Florida to see Dr. Carling to have my tumor removed, to be in remission of Cushing's, and try to live my life the best I can with what side effects I have left from having Cushing's for so many years.
