Join Hands to Make Patti's Home Safe

Hello friends!

Until a few weeks ago I had never heard of this local non-profit called Silver Wishes, but I had the fortunate introduction to them at an event I attended. Silver Wishes, an incredible organization, grants wishes similar to those by ‘Make a Wish,’ but for seniors. I was intrigued and inquired if anyone can apply as I knew a perfect candidate with a huge need. So here we are! My friend of 40+ years, Patti Gray, is a self-supporting, single woman living on two acres in a dome home on the side of a hill with extensive decking surrounding it. The decking on one side has fallen into total disrepair and is not safe to be on. This deck is her access to her laundry room under her home. One gentleman actually fell through this deck on a recent day. My dear friend Patti Gray NEVER asks for anything, but she needs help! When Silver Wishes looked into the repair needed, the estimate was over $10,000. Silver Wishes can put $5,500 towards the repair and will match dollar for dollar up to the same amount for anything we can raise.
