Join Hands for Chad's Medical Journey

Hi, My name is Jhaye and I am reaching out to each and everyone of you and letting you know that I am fundraising to help my good friend, Richard “Chad” Guiao Bravo to help him with his hospital and medical expenses.
Those who are dear to him, Chad has always been a good friend/co-worker who's always ready to give a helping hand. And this time it is him who is knocking at our hearts and asking for our help.
Chad is 39 years old. We met a few years back when we both worked in an assisted living. I witnessed how dedicated and compassionate he was to our residents and we immediately clicked. … and the rest is history.
One afternoon of June 11 of this year, he called me and was complaining of shortness of breath. I insisted for him to get checked as soon as possible… that same day he was hospitalized at Spring Valley hospital and found out that he has 3 blocked arteries. The next day, a stent was put in his heart but apparently his heart was too weak even after the operation. His heart stopped a lot of time and was repeatedly revived by the doctors. Their recommendation was to have him airlifted to USC Hospital in California to be seen by the best heart surgeons, where he is now confined. At first we were told that he will be a candidate for a heart transplant but the sad news is that his body and his heart will not be able to survive such operation.
Currently, Chad is now heavily sedated and has a hard time breathing even with the ventilator. The doctors and nurses are providing him with end of life care and just keeping him comfortable instead of treatments. His husband, Liam has always been by his side and doing everything on his end.
I am asking for everyone’s help to please make Chad feel loved.
Any amount will be very much appreciated. This will help him and his family ease financial difficulties. Please let us continue praying for him and his loved ones.
Again, Thank you and May the Lord bless you always.
