Bringing a little one into the world should be the most exciting and joyous time for a family. Our family welcomed my nephew Asher Daniel, born 7 weeks early on 6/26/25 by an emergency C-section. His momma, my sister in law Ashley, has had complications throughout her pregnancy and it's been traumatic to say the least. Little Asher is currently in NICU but hitting milestones daily. We all have been navigating through the "not so exciting" news received upon Ashers delivery. Ashley has a rather large mass on her cervix that has spread to her lymph nodes. She is preparing for chemo, radiation and a full hysterectomy but needs to heal slightly before they can begin. The last few months leading up to this has already been trying on them emotionally, physically and financially. With the complications endured during her pregnancy, she has been very limited on work creating financial strain on them, but they were managing. My brother Brian has recently changed jobs and is now between benefits/PTO while trying to maintain bills, traveling multiple times daily between the hospital and home checking on Asher while also trying to keep his family life as normal as possible for the toddlers at home. Ashley will not be able to work for at least the next 3 to 6 months or more depending. They are a very strong team but they need all the prayer warriors out there praying for them through this trying time. As many know, financial stress is heavy, but couple that with everything else they are trying to navigate through and it's a burden that no one should try to handle alone. Anxiously waiting to have their family under one roof, while working double time to try and maintain the bills and the anticipation of being told you also have to fight cancer is extremely heavy. Please help us ease some of this burden for them. If we can ease the monthly bills in any way it would provide some stress relief and allow them to focus on each other and getting Ashley healthy and Asher home. We need a healthy momma and that's our main concern. Any little bit helps and extremely appreciated, but no matter what, we welcome all of the prayers. Please pray that they can all be together and healthy soon. We thank you for all of the love and continued support. We will continue to update.
