One week ago, Gabby Scott was seriously injured in a car accident while riding as a front-seat passenger, which left her with a broken back. Gabby underwent a 5-hour surgery last Monday and is now home beginning her long road to recovery.

She will require extensive physical therapy in the coming months, and the medical and recovery costs are significant.
