This is your brother in Christ, Fred Blackwell. Mega Blessings! I hope this message finds everyone prospering and in good health.

I have an opportunity to go on a mission trip to Muldersdrift, South Africa this April. Muldersdrift is a small community between Johannesburg and Pretoria. I would like you all to be a part of it. Your financial support and prayers would be a means for you to be an integral part in helping to make a difference in the lives of people 8K miles away. Any financial support is appreciated. The cost of the trip is about $3,500. Below is the information about the cause and purpose of the trip. The goal here is to raise $2,800.00.

The trip is being orchestrated by our Men Anointed Now Men's Ministry (of which I head the ministry) and the Mission's Department at World Harvest Church to empower local pastors in the Muldersdrift community to address the many challenges facing men and families in their community. As you know, I have been doing men's ministry for 25 years, including 10 years in jail, youth detention, and prison ministry. Because men from that region are not engaged with local churches, their wives, mothers, and children attend church services without the father's presence. Yet, the manifold issues of unemployment, alcohol abuse, absentee fatherhood, polygamy, and apathy in general are leaving families in dire economic straits. The Gospel message is one thing, but the larger issue is there needs to be a joint effort for churches to make outreach to men right where they are, providing tangible means by which hope can replace apathy and desperation. That is what we hope to bring with us.

Men Anointed Now Men's Ministry of World Harvest Church, Roswell, Georgia is partnering with Harvest Day Church of Muldersdrift, S.A. and Pastor J.J. to host a Kingdom Men Men's Conference May 1-3, 2025, for all the local clergy as well as from Johannesburg and Pretoria. We will share proven strategies that they will be able to deploy right away that will make a difference in the lives of men young and old, outside the four walls of the church. We will offer ways to appeal to men in the community that will prayerfully lead them to salvation and give them the courage and inspiration to make productive lifestyle decisions that benefit not just themselves, but their families and community as well. We will also be given access to the schools in the area to actually visit with various classes in K-12. The purpose of those visits is to share the Gospel message and the love of Christ with the children and young people in the area, from men considered to be Christian male role models.

Islam is ever encroaching, but we are stepping out in faith and will be helping Harvest Day Church acquire 30 acres of land for a church, school, community center, job training, and farming. We plan to finalize the acquisition in the immediate future.

And lastly, there will be services held every night for all adults as well as a separate tent for kids and youth. We also are planning multiple events during the course of the entire week from May 1-7 just for the men.

The goal when we leave is to have instituted a permanent connection between the ecumenical community and the men of Muldersdrift. Muldersdrift is between Johannesburg and Pretoria, about an hour north of Jo-berg. By touching the lives of men with love and the power of the Gospel, we hope to change the lives of families, which will change the lives of generations to come. Your support will be a true blessing.
