Hi, my name is Joslyn and I'm writing on behalf of my friend whose husband needs your help to find a living liver donor. Ethan has progressed with this non-alcoholic liver disease to stage four. The liver cirrhosis which is secondary to NASH, which is non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). One in every 20 people have this inflammation of the liver. Starting in May, Ethan and his wife Jamie embarked on a journey from their doctors here in Albany to New York Presbyterian Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation. Since January, Ethan has been in and out of work and in April became unable to work any longer. His famIly needs your help! Any donation, small or large would help this family. They have been on a single income for months and when he needs to go to NYC, Jamie needs to take the day from work to go with him. She is self-employed and that means more loss of wages.
