Our world turned upside down when our beloved Elijah age 3 was suddenly struck by a devastating brain condition called Acute Necrotizing Encephalopathy (ANE) — a rare and life-threatening brain condition that caused seizures, brain swelling, and in Elijah's case, blood on his brain and a sudden loss of speech and mobility.

Thanks to quick medical care and our faith, Elijah survived. After being in ICU for over 2 months, Elijah has a long road of recovery,
