Join Dragica's Fight: A Mother's Cancer Battle

I have started this fundraiser in hopes that we can all help a family from Zvornik, who is trying to survive financially while the mother is fighting colon cancer that has metastasized. Dragica Eric was born in 1980 and has been fighting this awful cancer since 2023. Since diagnosis, she has had five hard surgeries involving removal of uterus, ovaries, belly tissue, as well as lymph nodes. Sadly, after all the surgeries, she ended up with a lung infection. Dragica has also gone through many chemotherapy cycles and other therapies to stop the cancer from spreading, but more treatments are needed.

Dragica is a strong and devoted woman who continues to fight with hope, courage, and love for her children. But now she needs our help more then ever.

The family is having a hard time financially because Dragica's husband had to quit his job to be able to take care of her and their three children. Her continued treatment requires a lot, but they are barely getting by just to put food on the table, let alone have any money left over to make sure that Dragica can see her children grow up.

Pokrenula sam ovu akciju prikupljanja sredstava u nadi da svi možemo pomoći porodici iz Zvornika, koja pokušava finansijski preživjeti dok se majka bori protiv raka debelog crijeva koji je metastazirao. Dragica Erić rođena je 1980. godine i od 2023. godine se bori sa ovim strašnim karcinomom. Od postavljanja dijagnoze, imala je pet teških operacija koje su uključivale uklanjanje materice, jajnika, trbusne maramice, kao i limfnih čvorova. Nažalost, nakon svih operacija završila je sa infekcijom pluća. Dragica je takođe prošla kroz mnoge cikluse hemoterapije i druge terapije kako bi zaustavila širenje raka, ali je potrebno više tretmana.

Porodica je u finansijskim teškoćama jer je Dragičin suprug morao da napusti posao da bi mogao da brine o njoj i troje dece. Za njeno dalje liječenje je potrebno mnogo, ali jedva izdržavaju samo da stave hranu na sto, a kamoli da im ostane novca za lijecenje.
