Hello, my name is Donatus Gadiye, I'm The Elephant Monitoring Coordinator NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA and owner of Wilderness Legends Adventure Safaris , and I, along with my friend Nancy Johnson, are trying to raise funds for my dear life long friend and neighbor,RAFAELI AWETT.

He has been suffering from type 1 diabetes since he was 7 years old he is now in his 40s. In Tanzania this is a challenge but now it has taken a turn for the worst.

For two years now, his kidneys have not been functioning, and thus, attending dialysis twice every week. His health is fragile right now and he has to get a new kidney, his son volunteered for one but the costs are very high for an ordinary Tanzanian. He is lacking about $15,000 for the procedure. Our medical system does not have the funding like other western countries and I pray I can help him and his beloved family, they are so very dear to me. His wife is Victoria and his sons are Pius, Dismas, and Sesilia.
