My name is Diana Moore, I have been blind for 14 years now. Back in February 2011, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost vision in both my eyes, one at a time. At the time of my vision loss, the cause was unknown by doctors. I was diagnosed with Central Nervous System Vasculitis. It wasn't until 8 years later that a different diagnosis was given for my sight loss as Neuro Myelitis Optica (NMO). NMO is known to attack the vision and the spine.
