My Journey with Breast Cancer: A New Chapter

On March 26th, 2025, I received the news: my breast cancer has returned. Many of you may know that I was first diagnosed with estrogen-positive breast cancer in 2016, and I thought I was in the clear after battling through treatments. However, after finding a lump just a few weeks ago, I went in for an ultrasound. After a highly recommended biopsy, I received confirmation that the cancer was back.

This time around, my family and I are facing an even bigger challenge. We recently moved to Vernal for a new job opportunity for my husband, Chase, and to be closer to family. However, in the process of the move, we lost our health insurance, and his new employer does not offer coverage. We will be setting up Cobra to continue coverage from his old job, but the cost is going to be overwhelming for our family.

As a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful toddlers, I am focused on staying positive and fighting through this next chapter, but I can’t do it alone. I am reaching out to ask for your support, whether through prayers, kind words, or financial contributions. All funds raised will go toward covering the cost of medical bills and the expense of continuing Cobra insurance during this time.
