UPDATE: Delainey was extubated yesterday and is now in minimal respiratory support. WE are hoping to have the GI tube removed today and ry to see if she will drink milk on her own! Delainey has been completely weaned off Fentanyl and the other narcotics for pain while she was intubated, but will need to stay in the hospital for another week while on Methadone to detox while also getting continued care as she still heals from RSV and Pneumonia.

This GoFundMe was created by the warm hearts of Chelsea Dickinson, Penny Robertson and Terri Vukovich, on behalf of David Drennan, Amanda Drennan, and their daughter Delainey (2 ½ months old) to support them through a difficult time with Delainey.

Sweet baby girl, Delainey, has RSV, Pneumonia, and bronchiolitis. She was transferred to Children’s Hospital PICU in Washington, DC on Saturday (2/8) where she has been intubated, infused with red blood cells, IV drip with specialized medications and large doses of oxygen. She will remain in Children’s Hospital ICU unit (at least another week) until she is stable enough to be off the breathing tube and medications.

For those of you that know Amanda, you know that she just recently returned to work from maternity leave. Amanda and David would do anything for anyone at anytime and now that Amanda and David are spending all their time in the Hospital, they are not collecting a paycheck. Specifically due to Amanda using her time on maternity leave.

Any financial support, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and will allow Amanda and David to breath a little easier and focus on Delainey and her recovery.
