Dear Friends and Family,

I want to begin by thanking each of you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, encouragement, and generosity have carried me through some of the hardest chapters of my life.

From battling a spinal cord infection to facing the challenges of medication-assisted therapy and alcohol recovery—all while managing deep anxiety in my professional life—this journey has tested me in every way imaginable.

Thanks to your support, I’ve made it through so much. Now, I’m at the final and most important stage: entering a recovery center to help me build lasting stability and healing.

This step feels both hopeful and humbling. I wouldn’t be here without you, and I’m reaching out once more—with gratitude and hope—as I continue forward.
