Hi, I’m Dane, and I’m building something new for the diabetic community.

I started Nibbles because I noticed a disconnect. There are plenty of zero-sugar candies out there, but most feel like they were made without real input from the people they claim to serve. They're often filled with artificial ingredients, overly processed, and built with marketing first, not people.

Nibbles isn’t about fixing diabetes or creating a magic snack. It’s about building a better-for-you indulgence brand that respects the diabetic community, not as a niche, but as a powerful voice. The mission is to create something with cleaner ingredients, no added sugar, and no artificial junk, and to do it with the people it’s made for.

Our first product? A 0-sugar, low-carb chocolate nougat bar that’s indulgent, satisfying, and developed with community feedback at every step.

I've been bootstrapping Nibbles while working full-time, and now I’m ready to take the next big step, but I can’t do it alone.

• Formula development with a food scientist

• Sample creation for testing taste, texture, and shelf life

• Our first production run of real bars
