Hello, my name is Christopher Zavala. I am an HVAC technician of 24 years and a member of Local UA 246 out of Fresno. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma cancer on May 28, 2025.

Me and my family are currently traveling to Santa Barbara for my treatments and will also be going to UCLA for a secondary opinion. We are hoping to raise some money to help with hotel and other related expenses. I currently have 5-8 more appointments coming up through October 2025.

The doctors at Ridley Tree Cancer Center are very optimistic about my recovery. We are just trying to assist with these unexpected expenses. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
